Moonrise Over Woolly Island
In the rural community of Beacon, Newfoundland and Labrador, Rebecca Blake’s plans for her summer vacation are interrupted when she becomes intrigued by the fate of an old, abandoned homestead once owned by Beacon’s most powerful family.
She’s not the only one interested in the historic property: despite a plan for demolition, several visitors to the community are fiercely determined to claim it as their own.
One Saturday morning, the calm of the community is shattered by the shocking discovery of a dead body, a victim of foul play. What secrets do the visitors hold about the house, each other, and the murder? As Rebecca edges closer to the truth, the killer targets her life. Rebecca’s only hope is that her friends can find her before the killer does.
